I had a really good experience with Dr. Freeman and his staff! This was actually my [redacted] time getting orthodontic treatment done..(the last two were voluntary). Regina was usually who I saw for my appointments, and she was great throughout the entire process. I did braces for 18ish months and then about a month of Invisalign to fully close some spaces.
Scheduling appointments was mostly easy as they had plenty of early morning appointments available. Bianca at the front desk was also always super nice! I was sad to see her go. The only confusing part was with the retainers at the end of my treatment. While I was waiting for my Invisalign to arrive for my bottom teeth, I was given retainers for both my top and bottom teeth (no brand name). After finishing my aligner treatment, I was told I’d just continue wearing the same top retainer since I only did Invisalign on my bottom teeth. One of the other assistants had previously mentioned that Dr. Freeman provides an additional set of retainers (so two sets total), though I may have misunderstood, which wasn’t a big deal. I also had purchased the Retainers for Life (10-years??) program, so I wasn’t too concerned about needing to buy another set if needed.
After discussing with the doctor really quick, I was rescanned for a new bottom retainer and a new top retainer, but this time they were Vivera retainers that I received. So essentially I ended up with two different top retainers as Vivera is usually branded whereas the previous top retainer had no label or brand etched. The first one was a thinner plastic, which made me wonder if that was standard protocol for braces patients to receive a different brand of retainer or just how things worked out. I didn’t mind purchasing a new top retainer if needed, but I did want/expect a fresh set of retainers at the end of treatment. Again, they rescanned my top teeth so I could have matching retainers for both top and bottom, which I really appreciated so, no biggie.
Overall, everyone’s really great there and I recognize and appreciate the great work Dr. Freeman’s staff does for the practice! Keep it up ladies!!!!

Third time’s the charm! 😄 After a few rounds with orthodontics, I can confidently say this office is the best. Everyone is friendly, gentle, and makes the whole process easy and enjoyable. The front office staff is always welcoming, and a huge thank-you to Dr. Freeman and the whole team for helping me get my best smile yet!
Dr. Freeman is awesome! I went to several orthodontists over the years who said they could not take my case because it was too complicated, but Dr. Freeman was the first orthodontist who said he could do it! I had a fantastic experience here and my smile has completely transformed. Dr. Freeman is knowledgeable and is very creative with his treatment plans. All the assistants are great as well, but special shout out to Allejandra who was my primary assistant towards the end of my treatment. She is super friendly and was very helpful about answering my late stage treatment questions. Would highly recommend this place!
We are Very Excited!!!🤗🤗 My daughter Karissa just got her braces off today we are Happy on the Results so Beautiful!!! It has been such a great journey, Dr. Freeman and his Amazing Staff always accommodating very Welcoming and Professional. We Highly Recommend this Wonderful place to get your Braces it was our first time here and as a Parent you want the best for your children and we are very Happy we came here!!
