Came along for my cousin's first consultation to help my aunt with the translation. I've come back with him several times since then.This spot was recommended by his classmate and it was also chosen for its convenient location.Our consultation took a bit over an hour with the x-ray being done and cost breakdowns.Dr. Freeman was clear, concise, and happy to answer any questions about the treatment. When he wasn't around, everyone working on the team was super helpful. We were able to make a decision on that same day to start treatment. I liked that they have a retainer replacement program; I wish I had that with my own orthodontist.There's complimentary tea and coffee and even a little machine with toys by the front. The office is always kept clean. Communication was a breeze. From the service to the transparency in treatment, I highly recommend Freeman Orthodontics.

We were so impressed by Dr Freeman and his staff that we signed up for his services right away. My daughter has some challenging spots and Dr Freeman had a plan of action within minutes. He explained everything so clearly and compassionately that he even made our super anxious daughter feel at ease. He was recommended by our dentist and I am so glad we took her advice.

I had a great experience being a patient here. I started treatment as a 22 year old. I was one of the older patients they treated, and it felt a little embarrassing. However, Dr. Freeman, the orthopedic assistants, and receptionists always made me feel comfortable. They are really great at what they do. My teeth were really crooked before. Somehow, the team here worked their magic so I got my braces off in two years and did not need to remove any teeth. I did not experience much pain here, though for braces in general, you may feel pressure while the braces are being moved/tightened. I would recommend this orthodontics office to anyone who needs braces. Dr. Freedman is very honest about what treatment plan you should take, and everyone works hard to execute it. Appointments always started on time and it’s easy to book/reschedule. Whenever I had questions, the staff was very quick to assist via texting. As for pricing, I think it is comparable to other orthodontic practices. Again, highly recommend going here. Thank you everyone at Freeman Orthodontics!

Love love love Dr. Freeman and his team! Very accommodating, love the text message options as communication. They are fast and attentive, even in emergency situations. All 3 of my kids were patients of Dr. Freeman, 2 children with braces at the same time, Dr. Freeman always scheduled them within 30 minutes of each other which was convenient for me. My sons teeth look absolutely amazing! They offer several discounts and payment options. I highly recommend this office, I have several family members as patients!

I’m a year into my treatment plan and I’m very pleased they way my teeth are coming along. I had a more complicated case with not only alignment needs but also a major cross bite that was putting pressure on my front teeth. Dr. Freeman saw me free of charge to offer me a second opinion about treatment. I liked that he didn’t push me or scare me into doing treatment. He pointed out the problems I would face if I continued to postpone orthodontic treatment. I felt really comfortable and that’s why I chose to go with him. I’m also having my son do his orthodontics with him. The staff has been fantastic. The pricing was in line with other doctors in the area. If you’re looking for a solid and experienced doctor look no farther than Dr. Freeman. I highly recommend his practice, his team. You will be in good hands.

Dr. Freeman is amazing! My son had an overbite issue and within a year we saw remarkable difference. I like his bedside manner with kids, he’s very affable & approachable, which I think makes an orthodontist visit less intimidating. He puts the kids at ease and my kids don’t dread these visits.Kudos to the front office staff as well for being very friendly. Highly recommended!

I got my braces off recently and it has been an awesome experience with Freeman Orthodontics. All the staff are super friendly and Dr. Freeman is an excellent doctor. I am very happy with how my teeth turned out after treatment!
What a journey, but all the worthwhile to have a smile I can be happy and more than confident in. My entire experience with Dr. Freeman and his team were more than exceptional. I felt that my satisfaction was always the most important thing to him and his team. I had been in treatment for almost 4.5 years since I wanted everything to be perfect, which my teeth are. I was always greeted with the warmest welcome from his front desk team, shout-out to Brittany and Franco! Who always welcomed me and knew me by name from day one. I love all of his Ortho assistants who also gave me the same warm greeting and made me feel like family. I honestly looked forward to my Ortho appointments. One, since it was a break from work, but two seeing all the great staff there. I had been somewhat of a trouble maker coming in often when my brackets broke, but never was shamed or guilted me for it. I will always recommend my friends and family to him if they ever need a great orthodontist and team. Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr. Freeman and every wonderful staff member for bearing with me and ensuring I left with the results I wanted. You all rock!
Both of my children come to Freeman Orthodontics. The staff is so pleasant and my kids have been taken care of really well with all of their orthodontic work. We are very pleased with their professionalism and support during the last 3 years and we are not done yet! Thank you!
I brought in my children for a consult with Dr. Freeman and their service was excellent. Thorough exam with state of the art equipment. We were impressed with their 3D imagining machine. Dr. Freeman came in to explain the needs of all three of my kids and suggested one get braces or liners. The other two he said we would watch as they grow older if any treatments needed to be done. You could tell he had the best interest of his patients at heart.We ended up getting aligners for our daughter and the staff did a wonderful job explaining how to monitor her progress. She takes photos weekly and sends them to the staff. They inform her whether to change liners or continue to use the set she has- all in the comfort of our own home!We have been pleased with our experience. Their staff has great communication skills, polite, and hold a high standard of professionalism. We would highly recommend Dr. Freeman!
